The Navigate CMS team has just released a software update which includes the following features/bugfixes/improvements:

* file.class: jpeg thumbnail cache repaired
+ nvweb gallery: new mode "image_links" (a / img)
* functions.php: mb_unserialize was using a deprecated preg_replace parameter
* item.class: retrieving a property was not always working on free-association elements
+ gallery webget: display gallery when previewing a hidden element
+ list webget: on 'structure' source, select only visible menu items by using filter="menu"
* improved auto generation of NAVIGATE_URL internal constant
* image cache ETAG was missing the quality attribute
* templates: display error when a template file is not found
* routes: use HTTP_HOST instead of SERVER_NAME to solve some shared hosting issues
+ naviforms: dropbox "video file" field now accepts "youtube" and "vimeo" URLs
+ file.class: create virtual files for Youtube/Vimeo objects via oEmbed
+ item.class: added function "link" to return the public URL for an item
* language "t" function: new attribute to encode some special characters as HTML entities
* the word "Africa" was missing in the dictionary
* webget search: paginator was always shown, sort alphabetically wasn't working
+ Catalan translation: Navigate CMS ara també funciona en Català!
+ element's gallery tab: couldn't remove a just added image, file access & permissions icons now displayed
* websites: display error messages when testing email sending
* webget liveedit now is also compatible with jQuery < 1.7
* Navigate CMS login page now compatible with Catalan language
* websites: now you can choose SMTP, Sendmail or PHP Mail for the mail transport
+ nvweb properties: property "video" now working for uploaded/vimeo/youtube videos
+ oEmbed integration with Youtube & Vimeo (url as plain text when inside a div or p)
+ naviforms: context menu for dropbox "image" field (focal point, description, permissions)
* websites: allow manual locale entering for servers that don't provide a list (example: en_US)
+ list: new value "date_post" for items to get "date published" or, if empty, "date created"
+ blocks: new internal types: "video" and "links"
* updated jQuery TableDND plugin
* tinyMCE: added horizontal rule (hr) button
+ breadcrums nvweb: new attribute "base64", to allow html code as breadcrums separator
* templates: don't auto scale images which size is defined in percentage values
+ properties: theme definition now supports "helper" text for any property
* cupertino skin: solved some problems with floats and absolutes
* updated: jQuery Timepicker Addon v1.5.0 and corrected a jQuery datepicker multi-language misconfiguration
* blocks: fixed code for html changes in dropbox fields

To auto update your Navigate CMS instance, sign in as an Administrator and access the Configuration > Update function. You may also download the update package from SourceForge and apply it manually.
